Makes it possible for us all to exchange thoughts ,feelings in such a way that we form relationships with people we share interests with. Communication makes the world go round it allows us to gain insight about the world outside we also learn that whether we in the workplace or at school we acknowledge the fact that we need some sort of communication for us to be heard. We have to apply skills such as confidence to be able to approach peers or collegues, I have learned by studying Public Relations networking is important which the basis is form from communication so its your time to shine and be able to communicate in order for you to get heard or make your mark so start engaging your skills.

Character defines what kind of person you are whether you easy to approach to or not .Your character is used to measure your success in such a way that your employee or employer will know how and where you fit into the company or whether its with friends.

Friendship
is a bond we all need its a type of closure that makes our life complete. We often use our friends as stability in our day to day lives. Friendships are there for support,encouragement and love. We tend to relate easier to a peer then a stranger, we all need that one friend that we can tell anything to when things get to tough. Friends are there for guidance and happiness, friemds are there when we are in need. Do you have special friends like I do its time for you to gain friends that benefits you long term

Peer Pressure
It often happens with all of us whether we young or old we have to make decisions which can impact us in the future or scar our present. We have came to the realization that it is not always good to follow in someones footsteps as we have to acknowledge that they not always right and we have to see that things impact on us and saying no can prevent everything. We also see who our real friends and what influence they have on us . Peer pressure can lead to opportunities whether its job related or just increasing our character. We realize that peer pressure has to stop at some point so its time to make a change and dont allow people to pressurize you in things you dont feel comfortable in doing.

Insecurities
We often experience over time how we all have insecurities some might not show it some may elaborate their insecurites. At some point our insecurities get the best of us and we end up having less confidence in this result we acknowledge the fact that we have to make changes such as our attitude towards ourselves and others. We have to realize that we should respect ourselves and take things in consideration to allow us to understand us better. But never allow anyone to let you value yourself less we all make mistakes nobody is perfect and we different in all aspects so its time to stand up for yourself make a difference and allow people to look up to you.Insecurites often leads you to inapproriate situations so that you fit in whether its your circle of friends or associates of you. Insecurities can be positive in such a sense that you accept yourself and still be positive. So i leave you with this never allow insecurities to define you because you better then it and God created you in his image so embrace your individuality

The Beauty of Sight
We all sometimes forget what a gift it is to have the ability to see. I could not imagine how different my life would be if I could not see.My daily routines would have to change , I should then need assistance and learn my way around. Today I made a small experience which allowed me to appreciate the fact that I could see. There was a couple both blind busy shopping gifts and ordering party equipment for their kids birthday, they were assisted by the guard dog which lead them in the right direction there accured a small incident they had to go down a staircase the male knew his way around better then the female , the female almost fell but they held eachother which proved to me there connection was unbreakable. The male told the female it will get better all you have to do is balance. This reflected to me as a way that we shouldnt take the things for granted and we should always Thank God for our amazing gift because someone out there may not receive the same talent as we do. Remember you are blessed and help those around you who are suffering because you can make a difference
